Jamie Schaack is the owner and creative force behind Rêve Interior Design Studio. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jamie brings deep technical build knowledge to every project, giving him an edge that sets his design work apart.

He believes that great design is more than just aesthetics—it starts with great planning. Jamie sees a clear gap in the industry: design and execution often don’t align, and he’s built his career on bridging that divide. His approach is both practical and inspired, always focused on delivering spaces that function beautifully and feel personal.

Jamie’s end goal is never to impose his own style, but to bring the client’s vision to life—making sure their needs, lifestyle, and preferences are at the center of every design decision. Backed by years of experience in residential design and project management, Jamie offers more than just beautiful plans—he provides a smooth, guided experience from concept to completion. Under his leadership, Rêve has become a trusted name for clients and builders looking for thoughtful design, streamlined processes and strong execution.

Outside of work, Jamie thrives on movement and challenge—spending time outdoors, training for adventure, or out on the water wake foiling. His lifestyle reflects the same values he brings to his work: focus, energy, and a drive to keep pushing forward.

Emily Reddick brings a well-balanced blend of technical expertise and creative flair to her role as an Interior Designer. With seven years of hands-on experience and a background in the custom home industry as a project manager, she understands how thoughtful design translates into a beautifully executed space.

Emily’s design style is best described as transitional with an eclectic edge, often blending bold patterns, rich textures, wallpaper and natural materials like stone and wood. While she has a signature love for warm, layered interiors, she’s also a design chameleon—able to interpret any client’s vision and bring it to life beautifully, regardless of the style.
